New Year's Eve Dessert12/31/2011 Here's how the Cake Studio team will be ringing in the New Year 2012! With a classic rustic dessert called a Pear Frangipane. Pears, almond paste in a cake-like pastry crust with a brandied caramel sauce, strawberry and a pulled sugar leaf. Sprinkled with icing sugar...of course.
