"Hi Nina! I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful wedding cake you created for Bill and me. When we saw the cake, we were in awe of how beautiful and perfect it was. We just stood there for a few minutes… taking it in. It was nothing like we expected; it was beyond our expectations. From the ribbon work, to the birds and the branches… it was amazing. We received a lot of compliments on the cake, and our guests couldn’t get enough of it… every one had their picture taken with it, and commented on its beauty. It was unique, different, and one of a kind! And, it was delicious!!! The surprise teal pistachio filling was a hit with the guests! It was heartbreaking cutting into it, but the lessons you gave sure helped us feel comfortable and confident.

Seeing people's reactions was great, and a lot of the guests (mostly women, of course) noticed right away that some of the designs reflected my dress! It's great that the entire cake was changed to pandan, so that we could have a chance to give it a try."
